Tips

A tip is a voluntary payment. Nothing is shipped and nothing is owed back. Tips are not donations to a charity.

Songs

A birthday song is paid in full and delivered by Instagram DM by the date you give us, or within 7 days if you gave none. Birthday songs come in Hebrew, English, Spanish or Yiddish. Requests needed within 3 days cost 40% more. Requests needed within 24 hours cost double. The price is shown before you pay.

For any other song or occasion, half the price is authorized on your card at request time. It is charged only if Kent accepts. If he declines, the authorization is released and you are not charged. Card holds lapse on their own after 7 days if no decision is made. Once accepted, the second half is paid through a link and the song is delivered by Instagram DM within 7 days of that payment.

For any other song Kent sings the chorus unless you ask for more. He may decline a request. Songs are personal recordings for the person you name. They may not be resold or used in advertising. If you choose to have a song posted on Kent's reels it is public.

Some songs belong to other people. When Kent performs a song he does not own, the recording is for private enjoyment by the person it is made for.

Payments

Stripe handles every card and wallet payment. We never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion fee.

Privacy

We keep what you type into the song and collab forms (name, Instagram handle, email, your message) so Kent can deliver or reply. We keep Stripe payment references so a request can be matched to its payment. We do not sell or share this. Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies. Ask hello@3fold.me to see or delete your data.
